Please tell me about your current role at HDE.

Have you ever heard of “Sales Enablement”? It’s a general term for a mechanism, method and training for sales personnel to yield results. Today it’s getting harder to sell services just by making as many telephone calls or visits as possible. But rest assured that my team designs environments that efficiently bring about increase in sales!

It’s a sales force of the next generation utilizing the state-of-the-art technology including digital marketing (web marketing) and Inside Sales. Come and join us to share an environment where we can identify interested clients in advance, be informed of the optimum timing for making proposals, and be trained to be skilled in utilizing data and digital tools.

As a member of HDE, what is the most exciting part of your current position?

Today B-to-B marketing is impacting cross-departmental areas such as sales/ personnel IT systems other than marketing. We are proud of HDE for addressing issues with the latest strategies and methods. I’m sure that if you join us, you’ll be able to grow in your market value at HDE which offers you the following:

・Experience marketing measures using leading-edge technology
・Accumulate knowledge of digital marketing and its application for other fields (sales, personnel, IT systems, etc)
・Acquire strategic capabilities based on an entire organizational overview

What kind of culture does HDE have?

Freedom is what comes to my mind first! But freedom does not mean you are allowed to do whatever you want. It means that there is a free environment for the company and individuals to grow in. HDE has a culture of embracing any type of failure that might lead to the next step instead of condemning it. Our company is easy to understand since for someone who is willing to grow will fit in well, but those who don’t have any aspirations will probably feel uncomfortable. Once you gain trust, you are given a free hand. Then you will find that the company will offer you an environment that allows you to operate with even more freedom.

It’s amazing how all three of our board members who started this company as students still work together. They deserve respect for leading the company to success. It’s the result of their speedy judgments on various matters as I witness in my daily work.

Please tell me about your dreams, ambitions or hope for the future at HDE or in life.

After working for ten years in sales and another ten years in marketing, I’m able to make full use of my experience and know-how today. Now I feel that I can be of service and finally see my role at HDE.

I wish to serve as an evangelist so that all the employees will have a sales-oriented mindset and an interest in technology. When all the staff gain an understanding of this, the company will surely become “a strong organization.” I know this is not simple, but I will continue spreading the message at the best of my abilities so that everybody will be able to benefit from it.

What type of people would you want to work with?

Personally, I’d like to work with people with the following qualities to contribute to further development of our company. The key word is “unrefined”:

- Someone with a willingness to grow
⇒ Highly motivated to work toward mid and longterm vision, and has a strong mind and unafraid of failure for the sake of growing.

- Someone with whom I can work towards the same goal
⇒ Capable of working not only within the team but also with members from other sections in the same direction.

- Someone who is resilient to change and strict with himself/ herself
⇒ A self-disciplined person is always capable of seeing things objectively and is responsive to change.

- Someone that is honest who can give credit to others from the heart.
⇒ Capable of sharing appreciation and inspiration with other members.

What does "Liberation of Technology" mean to you?

Technological advances of smartphones, social networking sites, artificial intelligence (AI) accelerates on a daily basis. New technologies spring up like mushrooms, which makes us difficult to catch up with them all. This is why unleashing the potential of technology becomes ever more important.

I strongly believe that we can make the world more convenient and productive if individuals and organizations share the knowledge, technology and experience they have.

We have entered an age where human evolution does not take place without technology. It’s up to you whether or not to take this opportunity and join us to experience the leading-edge technologies.
